Easter Sunday comes with a beautiful kind of focus. We dress in our best, gather in church, and center our hearts on the resurrection of our Savior. It’s a day filled with gratitude, reverence, and celebration for the sacrifice Jesus made and the victory He claimed over death. For many, it becomes one of the most spiritually intentional days of the year.
But what happens after Easter?
What about a Tuesday?
When the celebration fades and life returns to its usual pace, are we still living with that same focus? Are we still making Him the center of our thoughts, our actions, and our conversations? Or does our faith quietly slip back into the background until the next Sunday—or even the next holiday?
Jesus didn’t go to the cross for just one day of remembrance. He gave everything—every ounce of blood, every moment of suffering—freely and intentionally. And He did it not just for those who would honor Him on Easter, but for everyone: for those who love Him, those who reject Him, and those who have yet to know Him at all.
As Christians, we’re called to live differently—not just when it’s convenient, not just when it’s easy, and not just when it’s expected.
In a world where convenience is king, it’s easy to choose comfort over calling. We have technology, shortcuts, and endless ways to make life simpler. But faith was never meant to be about convenience. Following Christ requires boldness, sacrifice, and a willingness to step outside of what feels easy.
It’s not always comfortable to speak to someone about Jesus—especially someone who doesn’t believe. It’s not always easy to live in a way that reflects Him daily. But that’s exactly what we are called to do: to go beyond the walls of the church, beyond the holidays, and into the everyday moments of life.
Every day is an opportunity to reflect His love.
Every conversation is a chance to share His truth.
Every act of kindness is a glimpse of His grace.
We post about Him on Easter. We celebrate His resurrection. But imagine the impact if we lived every single day with that same passion—if our lives consistently pointed others to Him, not just on special occasions, but on ordinary Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
The truth is, there’s no such thing as a “convenient Christian life.” It’s a daily decision to choose Him, to follow Him, and to represent Him—even when it’s hard.
So today, ask yourself:
Are you living for Him only when it’s easy?
Or are you choosing Him—even when it challenges you?
Let this Tuesday be a reminder that the resurrection wasn’t just meant to be celebrated once a year—it was meant to transform how we live every single day.
“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”
— Mark 16:15
Let’s not limit our faith to a single day. Let’s live it boldly, daily, and faithfully—for Him.
